Hi, completely new to 737, coming over from the A320. I'm struggling with night time, when I can't get sufficient light to see the switches in the overhead panels. How to I improve visibility so I can see what I'm doing or trying to click on properly? There's flood lights for the lower panels, glare shield etc, so that's fine.
