But one thing ElvUI seems to lack is the ability to add custom indicators. I can't seem to add an indicator for "dispellable debuff" like I can with SUF.

WebThe dispellable debuff should highlight (color) frame with debuff color (blue for magic, purple for curse, etc.). I didn't setup up anything and it works out of the box like that.
