The leaves have long thin, very evenly spaced, bright green leaflets. WebThis is a medium sized, crown shafted pinnate palm with upright leaves that are green and arch at their ends. Leaves are keeled and the crown shaft is green with hints of orange. It was called "stumpy" by Jeff because the trunk is thick compared to many other Dypsis. Trunks are ringed and 12 to 14 inches thick.
