WebCitra Free software. the audio is linked to the frame rate. the lower your frames the more it stutters. since currently citra is lacking a lot of optimization then there is not much that can be done. even the audio itself in citra suffers from its own issues. best you can do is wait for someone to fix citra but that may take quite sometime. Step 2- Navigate to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Citra\sdmc Step 3- Connect your phone to your PC.
